CST- Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam heckled CM Devendra Fadnavis saying that he only believes in settlement than taking stand. He added that instead of taking action against Raj Thackeray, who is playing with law, he took secret meeting with him and settled the issue. He further added that, post Uri attack MNS is using army as a shield and CM should apologise to the whole country for backing the party. He said that CM should resign from his post or else congress will go to court.
