Small wonder then that Youth Congress leader Sanjay Suryapratap Singh has now taken over the reins as Social Media head of the Congress' Colaba constituency. Suraj Suryapratap Singh serves as the President of Youth Congress, Colaba constituency. Congress wants to woo youth voters through usage of social media. Singh was handed over the appointment letter by President of the Mumbai Regional Congress Committee, Sanjay Nirupam at the Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan.
