Mumbai - In the wake of the municipal election, parties are openly welcoming their counterparts in their party with open arms. In connection to this former MLA of Shiv Sena, Gulabrao Gawande joined NCP in the presence of Nationalist Congress Party leader Sunil Tatkare. NCP President Sharad Pawar addressed a rally in mid of January, the effect of the rally can be seen off lately. Heavyweight leaders of Shiv Sena joined NCP.
