Mumbai - The people who started protesting against the new lease bill were quite when it was being passed in the BMC’s improvements committee meeting. Now, they need to answer on whose order they protested, asked city BJP chief Ashish Shelar without taking the name of Shiv Sena. With the passing of this bill, Shiv Sena’s dream of a theme park at Race Course is likely to get stalled. This could be the probable reason for party’s oppose to this bill, alleged Shelar. This is being done for the vested interest and it could be unjust for 80% Marathi people. The bill has been stalled under the pressure of builders, he alleged while releasing the performance report of improvements committee chairman Prakash Gangadhare.
