Mumbai's real estate market has been attracting high-end buyers of the luxurious apartments in the high rise towers of South Bombay, with Creative Plastics Group and Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam making significant purchases in Mahalaxmi and Andheri West respectively.
Creative Plastics Group paid INR 154.6 crore for eight luxury flats in Raheja Modern Vivarea North Tower 1. The flats, ranging from 2,364 to 2,891 square feet, offer a sea-facing view and include 24 parking spaces.
Similarly, Sonu Nigam purchased two units in the Unicorn building in Andheri West for INR 11.37 crore, with a total area of 5,547 square feet. According to the paperwork, the deal for the Unicorn project by Saroj Landmark Realty LLP was registered on March 15.
Raheja Corp Homes' new project in Mahalaxmi, Raheja Modern Vivarea, also attracted high-end buyers. The project was launched in January on the site of the former Modern Textile Mill and offers a view of the Arabian Sea and Mahalaxmi Racecourse. The flats purchased by Creative Plastics Group were located on the 10th through the 21st floors of North Tower 1 and have a net carpet area of 22,565 square feet.
The deal included three parking spaces assigned to each apartment. Two flats measuring 2,873 square feet each were registered in the names of Creative Plastics Ltd and Vikaschand Omprakash Agarwal on the 16th and 17th floors, respectively, for a cost of INR 20.08 crore each. Five flats measuring 2,891 square feet each were registered in the names of Ritesh Kailashchand Agarwal, Anshu Agarwal, Madhuri Surendra Agarwal, Pankaj Kailash Agarwal, and Pushpalata H Agarwal on the 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st floors for prices ranging from INR 19.40 crore to INR 20.20 crore.
