Whatsapp has rolled out the most anticipated features and that is none other than, group video call feature that will be available on both Android and iOS. Whatsapp announced the same on Tuesday.
You can make a group call with up to four people total – anytime and anywhere. Just start a one-on-one voice or video call and tap the new "add participant" button in the top right corner to add more contacts to the call,” WhatsApp said in a blog.
WhatsApp has confirmed that group video calls will be end-to-end encrypted. Experts believe that this is the right time WhatsApp announced the feature as it has over 1 billion user base and 2 billion minutes calling on a daily average.
WhatsApp said in a blog that they are very happy to introduce group video calling feature as, over the last couple years, people have enjoyed making voice and video calls on WhatsApp.
