The Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply and Transport Undertaking (BEST) initiative has started premium bus service based on Best's 'Chalo' App and these services are getting satisfactory response from the passengers. Based on this, a bus service will be started from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) to various parts of the city from February 11, 2023. Likewise, premium bus services to South Mumbai and Navi Mumbai will be started from CSMIA.

Bus services from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport to Backbay Depot (South Mumbai) and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport to Kharghar (Navi Mumbai) will begin. Complete information about this bus service has been made available on the Best 'Chalo' mobile app. The BEST initiative has requested that all the passengers should download "Chalo App" on their mobile to avail this service.

Taking the congestion of BEST buses during peak hours, unavailability of buses etc. into consideration, the BEST launched an electric air-conditioned premium bus service with mobile app based seat reservation between Thane – Bandra Kurla Complex and Bandra Kurla Complex – Bandra station from December 12. The BEST has reserved INR 205 fare for Thane-Bandra Kurla Complex, INR 50 for one way journey from Bandra Station to Bandra Kurla Complex.
