Central Railway declares special block from September 27 to October 7

Railways is the synonym to transportation in Mumbai as the local trains are the lifeline of the citizens here. Currently, Central Railways is conducting some work on the fifth and sixth line between Diva and Thane station. Accordingly, the rail network of Central Railway will face a ‘special block’ from September 27 to October 7.

During the span, some of the local trains at some stations will be cancelled whereas many locals will be rescheduled accordingly.

Here’s a list of the local trains that will be cancelled:

• 5:57 am Dombivli-CSTM local train canceled from September 28 to October 6
• 5:15 pm Thane-Dadar local train canceled from September 27 to October 6
• 5:58 pm Thane-Dombivli local train canceled from September 27 to October 6
• 11:12 pm Thane-CSTM local train canceled from September 27 to October 6

Here’s a list of local trains that will be rescheduled:

• 7:29 am Dombivli-CSTM local train will run from Thane at 7:52 am from September 27 to October 7
• 5:53 CSTM-Kalyan local train to run up to Thane only from September 27 to October 6
• 6:22 pm CSTM-Dombivli local to run up to Thane only from September 27 to October 6
