    Chembur’s traffic police return money to  family

    Chembur resident Devram Chavekar lost his bag which had school fees and his son’s fee book.

    On Tuesday, Chavekar left home to pay school fees. However, he lost the bag on the way to school. As Chavekar belonged to the poor family, he panicked as he had no clue where he lost the bag.
    Meanwhile, the bag was then found by PI Vishnu Survase and PI Sunil Sawant attached to Suman Nagar’s traffic department. The bag had a fees book and Rs. 4,000 cash. Survase then informed Suman Nagar police station’s PI Vinayak Dabde. He then went to the school and got the number of Devram Chavekar who lost the bag. Then police called Chavekar to the police station and returned him the bag. The couple thanked the police for their timely help.
