Popular Indian airline, GoAir, has announced a rebranding that will change its name to ‘Go First’ with a shifted focus on the ultra-low-cost business model to get out of the financial crunch that has hit the aviation sector as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The airline made the announcement on Thursday amidst talks of readying an initial share sale to boost funds for its expansion plans.
