To carry out maintenance work of tracks, signaling and overhead equipment, a Jumbo Block of four & half hours will be taken on UP and DOWN Fast lines between Borivali and Goregaon stations from 23.45 hrs to 04.15 hrs in the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, i.e, May 6-7, 2023.
According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway (WR), during the block period, all Fast line suburban services will be operated on Slow lines between Borivali and Goregaon stations. Some suburban trains will remain cancelled during the block.

On the other hand, Central Railway (CR) will operate Mega Block on Trans-Harbour line for carrying out maintenance work on 07/05/2023 (Sunday) as under:
Thane-Vashi / Nerul Up and Dn Trans-harbour line from 11.10 am to 4.10 pm
Dn line services for Vashi / Nerul / Panvel leaving Thane from 10.35 am to 4.07 pm and Up line services for Thane leaving Vashi / Nerul / Panvel from 10.25 am to 4.09 pm will remain cancelled.
There will be No Mega Block on Main line and Harbour Line on 07/05/2023.
These maintenance mega blocks are essential for infrastructure upkeep and safety. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
