Mulund- The toll restarted from the midnight of 2nd December and has caused traffic snarls at the toll plaza in Mulund. A large number of vehicles were witnessed on Mulund toll plaza on Saturday morning. There were angry exchanges between toll plaza workers and vehicle owners as exchanging a note like Rs 2000 at the plaza was creating trouble. As per the motorists, toll should not be charged until the demonetisation woes are over. The weekend journey may add to the already worst situation at toll nakas.
