Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply and Transport (BEST) had implemented the historic new fares from July 9 and since then the number of commuters have been increasing drastically. The brainchild of Yuva Sena Chief Aditya Thackeray and Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the minimum BEST fare is now ₹5 for up to 5 km.
So, have Mumbaikars found their chosen public transport and are completely satisfied with the bus service?
