Mumbai - The Mumbaikaras will have to wait for the Integrated Smart Cards. The MMRDA had appointed the Transport of London as technical advisor of this scheme but now the MMRDA has canceled it. The reason behind this is stated to be fees charged by the London-based government agency. As the advising agency’s appointed being scrapped, this scheme is put on hold for the time being. Meanwhile, a new advisor will be appointed to know the feasibility of this scheme, said MMRDA sources. It will take a long to time to implemented this ambitious scheme which will help to ease the commuting system on Mono, Metro, Railway, Bus and Taxi services.
