WR To Run 3 Holi Special Trains From Mumbai

For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand during the Holi festival, Western Railway (WR) will run 3 Special Train on Special fare to various destinations.

According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur, Chief Public Relations Officer of WR, the details of these trains are as under:

1. Bandra Terminus – Bhavnagar Superfast Special [2 Trips]

Train No. 09209 Bandra Terminus – Bhavnagar Superfast Special will depart from Bandra Terminus at 11.15 hrs, o­n Sunday, 24thMarch, 2024 and will reach Bhavnagar at 00.30 hrs, the next day. Similarly, Train No. 09210 Bhavnagar – Bandra Terminus Superfast Special will depart from Bhavnagar at 19.00 hrs o­n Saturday, 23rd March, 2024 and will reach Bandra Terminus at 09.05 hrs, the next day.

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Surendranagar G, Botad, Dhola, Songadh, Sihor Gujarat and Bhavnagar Para station in both directions.

This train comprises AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.

2. Mumbai Central – Banaras Special [2 Trips]

Train No. 09183 Mumbai Central – Banaras Special will depart from Mumbai Central at 22.50 hrs o­n Wednesday, 20thMarch, 2023 and reach Banaras at 10.30 hrs o­n Friday. Similarly, Train No. 09184 Banaras – Mumbai Central Special will depart from Banaras at 14.30 hrs o­n Friday, 22nd March, 2023 and reach Mumbai Central at 04.20 hrs, o­n Sunday.

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Bharatpur, Achhnera, Agra Fort, Tundla, Shikohabad, Mainpuri, Bhongaon, Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Kanpur Central, Lucknow, Rae Bareli Jn, Amethi, Pratapgarh, Janghai and Bhadohi station in both directions.

This train comprises of First AC, AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier and AC 3-Tier(Economy) and Second class sitting Coaches.

3. Bandra Terminus - Gorakhpur Superfast Special [4 Trips]

Train No. 05054 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Special will depart from Bandra Terminus o­n Saturday, 23rd & 30th March, 2024 at 21.45 hrs., and reach Gorakhpur at 06.25 hrs on Monday. Similarly, Train No. 05053 will depart from Gorakhpur o­n Friday, 22nd & 29thMarch, 2024 at 09.30 hrs and reach Bandra Terminus at 16.00 hrs, the next day.

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Nagda, Shamgarh, Bhawani Mandi, Kota, Gangapur City, Bayana, Agra Fort, Tundla Kanpur Central, Aishbag, Badshah Nagar, Gonda, Basti and  Khalilabad stations in both directions.

This train comprises of General Second Class reserved & unreserved coaches.
