The Boo’s Crew is a close one, and joining him in the kitchen for the third edition of Boo’s Crew is popular chef Pablo Naranjo Agular to serve you a dirty feast. Together they will present a slice of fiery passion with noteworthy culinary creativity.
Chef Pablo Naranjo Agular is amongst the most popular names in the Indian culinary scene. After his stints at the Michelin-star restaurants like Guy Savoy, the half-Colombian-half-Hungarian chef moved from Paris to India to set up the beautiful Le15 Cafe. After this remarkable experience, he is all set to create an exceptional menu with Chef Boo at Dirty Buns. The menu features dishes like Snapper ceviche, leche de tigre, coconut milk, cilantro; Prawn ceviche roll; Pork belly with spicy mash and herbs, Dolly’s muchacho bao with braised buff, coffee and jaggery; Anyu’s chicken goulash and macaroni among others. Vegetarians can pick from a variety including Fried bun, burrata with orange jam; Spicy pesto spaghetti with basil, toasted nori; Brown butter labneh with charred vegetables, almond parsley crumble and more. Don’t miss the Sweet and Dirty ending at Dirty Buns that include Citrus, vanilla, peppercorn, mint and Chocolate, thyme, tequilla, cajeta chilli. Along with food, Chef Boo and Chef Pablo will also get behind the bar to mix some Dirty Cocktails!
