Typhoon Shelter – the high energy fine dining space in Palladium was part of the Diageo World Class competition 2019. The winning mixologist has curated some delish cocktails for the competition. These curations are now available exclusively at the restaurant.
On the menu we have Enerna, the little Japanese monster composed with smoke, stealth and darkness - A Black Label inspired cocktail. Asura’s Wrath with flavours of bitter amaro on the top, creaminess of the egg and salinity & smoke of the Taskier 10 and floral elderflower. Love Burns takes you to a journey of sweet, sour, bitter and the final floral release of Juniper from Tanqueray Dry. Distiller’s Garden is made with the grandmama’s chili relished with coriander leaves and green chilly.
