Sizzler Festival at Radisson Goregaon's The Tipsy Terrace

The open-air restaurant of Radisson Goregaon named  "The Tipsy Terrace" is popular for its mouthwatering food and amazing ambiance, both add the flavour of romance in this month of love. Keeping the same in mind, the team at the restaurant has come up with a special festival for 'food lovers' called "Sizzlers on the Roof."
Sizzlers are wholesome, healthy and packed with different textures and flavours. Moreover, it is a perfect single dish to enjoy in the winter, and what better way to bring this season to an end in the last few days. To cater to every palate, the chef has planned a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. For the vegetarians, there is Caribbean Paneer Angara, Pilli Mirch Ka Broccoli, Tandoori Phalon Ka Zaika, Peri Peri Paneer Patiyala, Pav Bhaji Fondu, and Pasta Indiana. Non Vegetarians can try Peri Peri Murgh Patiyala, Anda Ghotala Fondue, Caribbean Murgh Tikka, Jhinga Cheena, Chipotle Fish Tikka, and Kheema Pie. Along with this, the team has curated dishes like Pearl of Ocean, Walnut Brownie, and others.

Talking about upcoming food festival, Kamlesh Rawat, Executive Chef, Radisson Mumbai (Goregaon) said, "The root of sizzlers are in India only, which began in Mumbai in the era of ’60s.  We are carrying it further at our restaurant named ‘The Tipsy Terrace’ at Radisson Mumbai Goregaon to showcase this novelty. Sizzler is a must try item at our restaurant which will be served in the dinner meal period for a limited time period."

The festival will begin on February 15, 2019, and will run until February 24, 2019, where the above-mentioned menu will be served between 7:30 PM to 1:00 AM.
