Jogeshwari - The place in front of Heera Panna Mall in Andheri is teeming with waste. There is no dustbins available for residents to dump in their garbage. The area where garbage is to be dumped is turned into a public book stall to read, gossip, etc. for the oldies basically. Now where to dump the garbage ? This is the question residents have asked. BMC should take hefty measures to resolve the issue on immediate basis.
