The incident occured in Dahisar is a lesson for everyone, violating driving rules. Two constable driving without putting their helmets on, were caught red-handed by DCP Vinayak Deshmukh. DCP has put forth a message, if we don't follow rules being the watchdogs, how can we expect people to abide by the same. The caught policemen were also fined by the DCP.
