Learned helplessness is the giving-up reaction, the quitting response that follows from the belief that whatever you do doesn't matter. Autowallas for past many years eating at the stall which is set up alongside the big brook running in the JVPD, Juhu Scheme. There is no hotel as such in the area where they can have their lunch in the scorching heat. The stall offers food at cheap & affordable rates @ 40 which is feasible for the auto- rickshaw pullers.
