BMC had promised Mumbai Congress Safai Kamgaar that they will fill up potholes before the Ganesh festival. But, 5 days have passed and no work has been done. Annoyed by the BMC’s irresponsible behavior, Ganpati mandal’s have decided to immerse idols in these very potholes.
