Workers have demanded to apply the seventh pay commission's recommendations & cancel the contributory pension scheme. Nationwide strike of government officers in relation to this matter. No buzz on the road was clearly seen, taxi drivers were affected by the strike. No queue for taxis, a silence prevailed on the Free Press Road in Churchgate.
