M. B. Kowliwadi on Gokhale road Dadar is undergoing a most cliche but a major problem of every Mumbaikar- Open gutter. The heavy rains tend to wash away all the efforts that BMC puts in to level the gutter, manholes, potholes across Mumbai. There is a Lord Shiva temple adjacent to the affected area.The temple is no more clean, the premise is getting polluted. All the people are facing problems to visit Shiva Temple. The smell from the gutter is unbearable as per the residents. When will BMC take the matter into consideration?
