All great friendships start with a paw-shake. Inspired by this Animals Matter To Me (AMTM) in Malad organised a birthday party for 1200 stray dogs out of which 263 dogs were from their shelter. All the strays present were fed at the event. In a country where there’s less affection shown towards strays and there’s always people who prefer ‘breeds’, this was a great opportunity to be around furry friends.
