Malad Railway-ticket window has become centre of stray dogs, hawkers, beggars, etc. The ticket-window area is full of dirt and waste. The people standing in the ticket-queue can't tolerate the rotten smell of waste. Cleanliness drive is a must at Malad ticket window. Railways must focus everywhere, mere decking up entry & installing elevators will not do.
