Martyr Vilas Shinde, no dead cop!

Martyr Constable Vilas Shinde is paid soulful tribute by Mumbai Police and his family members. Shinde died yesterday fighting over nine days in the intensive care unit of Lilavati Hospital. Milind Bharambe, joint commissioner of police (traffic) said, “We will follow the laid-down procedure to ensure his family gets all benefits given to martyrs.”
