In the year 2015, Shyamnagar's Raja Mandal from Jogeshwari east, ranked first by Mumbai Police for creating a peaceful surrounding during ganesh utsav and to co-operate well with the police employees. Were as, MIDC Balgopal Ganesh Mandal from Azad Nagar placed second. Every year, Mumbai police organizes this competition.
