Two eunuchs have been detained for allegedly plundering a woman of her jewellery worth around Rs 7 lakh in Charkop Kandivali. The complainant told the police that the accused came at her residence and approached her on the false excuse of asking for water.This plot was crafted by complainant herself , to keep her jewellery safe from her mother-in-law & husband. She was afraid that they would sell her jewelleries. However, the accused, whose identity is yet to be established, did not steal the cash which was kept along with the jewellery in the almirah.
