Mumbai police are still unsafe in the city. As like Head Constable Vilas shinde who was just doing his duty, was unprovoked and brutally assault in public by a pair of brothers who were only 17 and 20 years old. Shinde was rushed to Lilavati Hospital and a complaint under Section 307 (Attempt to murder) was registered against the brothers who were later arrested. And again the incident replay at Vile Parle when women constable was slapped and beaten up. Traffic constable Priyanka Khot was slapped by the rider Aarti Patlekar and her brother, when they stopped for not wearing helmet. Police have arrested the duo under IPC sections of 332,353,504, 506 & 129,127 of MV act
