Mumbai - Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan has inspired the monorail project. Warda Arts have been doing loads of activities in connection with cleaning the areas including Parel, Bhoiwada and Lalbaug. They not only make the streets look immaculate but are face-lifting it too through paintings and drawing on walls.
In regard with this monorail, pillars were also painted. The motto behind painting those pillars is to save our tree and animals.Pillars were painted with scenes of beautiful plants and birds. This is a welcome change in areas of Antop Hill, Wadala, Naigaon, Parel, Bharatmata and N M Joshi Marg where metro pillars are know more for different posters and unauthorised parking.
Abhishek Panchal said that MMRDA has assigned this task of painting the pillars to Wardha Arts.
