Students of Gurukul School of Art, Divya Sarang and Vaishnavi Mainkar made a rangoli of foodgrains, fruits and vegetables and paid tribute to farmers.

The students have attempted to spread the message of farmers' issues through their art. “Last year, when Maharashtra was reeling under a severe drought, Gurukul School of Art had managed to donate Rs 26,000 to the farmers,” said Gurukul founder Sagar Kambli.

The main motto of the students of the Gurukul School of Art was to focus attention on the issue of farmers' suicides in the state.
