The well-known couple of Bollywood, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan will share the screen space together for filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s next film Gulab Jamun. The married couple are coming together (professionally) after eight years and recently at an event, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan confirmed the news.
The Fanney Khan actress averred that the two fit the narrative so perfectly and also it is a happy coincidence that Abhishek will be working with Kashyap immediately after Manmarziyan. She also said they had almost said yes to this project over a year ago but had not locked in the dates.

Adding further, Aishwarya mentioned that the content of the film is what made them sign it. She explained that if a real-life couple comes on board, then the script of the film has to be that exciting otherwise, it doesn’t make sense. Also, she and Abhishek look at any project offered to them as individual actors and not as a couple and give nod to the same only if it excites both of them.
On the professional front, Ash is all geared up for Fanney Khan’s release, where the beauty essays a pop sensation Baby Singh while Jr. Bachchan has wrapped up shooting for Manmarziyan.
