Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor, on Sunday, September 6, 2020, tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19). He took to Instagram to share the news regarding the same.
Informing his fans regarding the same, he said, "It is my duty to inform all of you that I have tested positive for coronavirus. I'm feeling ok and I'm asymptomatic. I have isolated myself at home under the advice of doctors authorities and will be under home quarantine. I thank you all in advance for your support and I will keep you all updated about my health in the days to come. These are extraordinary and unprecedented times and I have faith that all of humanity will overcome this virus."
Amidst the coronavirus outbreak and the lockdown, Arjun has shared several posts of Instagram and has made people aware of the viral infection. Besides that, he has also spread the message of humanity by sharing many videos and footages of people helping others, animals, etc.
A few months back, other actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had also tested positive for coronavirus. They were receiving treatment from a hospital in Mumbai and have recovered from the infection.
On the film front, his next release will be a romantic film with Rakul Preet Singh and another film titled Bhoot Police starring Saif Ali Khan.
