Actor Manoj Bajpayee, who will be seen essaying the character of a shopkeeper named as 'Khuddoos' in the upcoming release 'Gali Guleiyan' said that perseverance is the key to success in the entertainment industry.
Recently we met this talented actor for an interview where he spoke about his upcoming release ‘Gali Guleiyan’. The film is a story of a solitary man who spends his days watching people through hidden closed-circuit cameras. Once, he overhears a boy being beaten by his father Liakat (Neeraj Kabi) and then he begins the search of the child. “‘Gali Gulieyan’ is a journey of a man, who can hear many voices and one of the voice is of a child who is being beaten by his father and the man wants to save that child. Hence he starts searching for him. This story is a psychological drama of a complex human mind which travels through pathways and faces many ups and downs. The film explores various aspects of relationships", said Manoj.
Elaborating about the reactions he received at the various film festivals around the world he mentioned, “One unanimous and consistent response which we observed in almost all the film festivals was that audience sat stunned in their seats for a long time after the movie ended”.
When we asked him to define his successful career craft as an actor Manoj averred, “Perseverance for a vision, perseverance for an idea, about certain kind of films and certain kind of performances and actors. If you have the idea of what you want if you have a clear-cut vision of what you want to pursue then you can go for it. What you expect from yourself is the most important thing than anything else.”
