In an attempt to shed light on the current socio-political situation, Qyuki creator, Unerased Poetry’s latest association with Nawazuddin Siddiqui, which also features Ramneek Singh and Hasan Baldiwala alongside has created much havoc across varied economic strata in our country, through the power of mere words.
'Mere Kavi Dost’ highlights the threat to the liberty of speech in our country. The poem raises an urgency for writers and artists to write about the current happenings and take a stand against it. It also touches upon various sensitive topics like farmer suicides, violence against women and the threat to free press.
