Nariman Point - Demonetisation has forced even small vendors to use e- currency options .
Laxman Sonavane who is known in the Nariman Point area for his 'Madhur buttermilk' has also gone the e payment way. Sonavane has started using Paytm in support of prime minister Narendra Modi's revolutionary decision to get the country to go 'cashless' post demonetisation.
Sonavane says he decided to opt for the e-payment option after business took a hit after 8 November. According to Sonavane, there would be altercations with his customers earlier on the thorny issue of change, but now this issue is resolved.
At the end of the day, Sonavane is taking homeRs 400-500 just from Paytm and his cash registers are ringing . If this isn't adapting to change, we don't know what is!
