Mumbai - The new Rs 500 and Rs 2000 notes issued by the Reserve Bank of India are starting to enter the markets. Banks which opened on Thursday after a day's break have started issuing these new notes. The sudden demonentisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes had sent the country into a tizzy on Tuesday night. With the banks opening early today and the ATMs expected to be functional from Friday, frayed nerves appear to be getting soothed now.
