It is also known that the discussion about this is in the final stage. According to sources, a deal of INR 300 to INR 350 crores can be done to buy Ed-a Mamma company. Economic Times has reported about this. Reliance has decided to acquire Alia's company with the aim of expanding its business.

According to sources, the ongoing talks between Alia's company and Reliance on this deal may be finalised next week. Actress Alia Bhatt launched the brand Ed-a-Mamma in 2020. Clothing is sold under this brand through various online platforms. Alia Bhatt's company is profitable.


While launching the Ed-a-Mamma brand, Alia said that the company was founded after seeing the lack of domestic brands globally. Reliance will try to expand the business by acquiring this company.
