Mumbai - RTI activist Anil Galgali had asked for the information in regard with total amount every bank had when the announcement of note ban was made on 8th November. Under RTI act 2005 8 (1) (f) PRO of Reserve Bank of India, P. Vijay Kumar refused to share the information. Galgali even wanted to enquire about the amount RBI had before 8th November. He has filed primary application to RBI Executive Director, Dr. Deepali Oant Joshi who administers the Currency Management Department of the bank.
