Borivali - Around 500 voters opted for NOTA (None of the above) in BMC elections held on Tuesday owing to the BMC. Residents of La-Bellezza and La Vista buildings, which fall under Rishi Van colony, chose not to vote for any party as they are unhappy with the BMC.
Anil Lad, secretary of La-Bellezza housing society, said “I have been staying here for five years and still we are suffering from water woes. Why should we vote for the BMC? Another resident said that they got the possession and building got OC as well. “We were told that we will get water but it’s almost five years and we are still suffering,” said Shrikant Aydit.
