Andheri - Shree Swami Samarth Chowk in Andheri west is defaced with the political banners and flags of various political parties. Though high court has clearly stated not to deface the city with political banners, K-Ward officials are least bothered. Walawalkar group is been given the responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of this chowk, however, they seem helpless. When Mumbai Live tried speaking to corporator Jyotsna Dighe on this, she told that BMC is not taking any action on this despite of several complaints and suggested to call the ward officer.
