The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) undertaking has decided to rejig some routes from December 1, 2017, onwards.
BEST to offer more trips on these routes
- 172 - Byculla to Pratiksha Nagar
- 297- Borivli station (E) to Kokanipada
- 312 - Pratiksha Nagar to Seepz
- 333 - Sahar to Mahakali Caves
BEST to extend these routes
- 220 - Bandra bus station to Sherley village, now up to Bandra Reclamation
- 303 - Mhada bus station in Mulund (E) to Bandra (E) bus station, now up to Bandra Terminus
- 318 - Kurla station (W) to Santacruz (E), now till Amar Brass Steel bus stop
Destinations of these routes will be rejigged
- 9 - Colaba station to Nadkarni Garden now will travel to Antop Hill
- 44 - Colaba Depot to Worli Village will be changed to Dr. Shyamprasad Mukherjee to Worli Village
- 62 - Mumbai Central Depot to Vidya Vihar will be changed to Mumbai Central Depot to Veer Kotwal Udyan
- 302 - Pratiksha Nagar Depot to Maharana Pratap Chowk (Mulund) will be changed to Rani Laxmibai Chowk (Sion) and Maharana Pratap Chowk (Mulund)
- 497 (Ltd) – Ghatkopar bus station will change to Mulund Station to Lokmanya Nagar (Thane)
- 533 (Ltd) – Andheri Station (W) to Vashi Sector No. 19 will only be available on Sunday
These routes have been merged
- Bus no. 182 will be merged into 180 route which will start from Rani Laxmibai Chowk (Sion) to Malvani Depot
- Bus no. 433 will be merged into 322 route which will start from Vidya Vihar Bus Station to Mahant Road Parle (East)
