Wadala - With the support of Shivmudra Yuva Organisation residents carried out signature campaign in connection with hawkers encroaching areas stretching from Barkat Ali Naka towards Ganesh Nagar on link road, Wadala (East). To avoid accidents caused due to encroachment a letter was written to F-North Ward office, Wadala Transport Department, Wadala Police Station and local corporator R. Tamil Selvan. BMC initiated anti-encroachment drive after receiving the letter. Shivmudra Yuva Organisation's Secretary Prashant More said," speed breakers should be constructed at earliest, or else will protest.
