On Wednesday, September 1, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will be administering both the doses of Covishield and Covaxin for all the adults. The civic body mentioned that the jabs will be administered between 9 am and 5 pm.
The second dose of Covishield will be given to healthcare workers (HCW) and frontline workers (FLW) today at all the centres.
BMC further informed that vaccines will be given to Mumbaikars who are going abroad for an emergency purpose at all state and BMC centres. However, the citizens are asked to bring valid documents to the COVID-19 vaccination centres.
The civic body will also be conducting a drive-in for people above 45 years, pregnant women.
Moreover, the BMC has also released a list of additional centres for the day.

Meanwhile, both doses of Covaxin will be administered at 30 centres. Of the total doses, 50 per cent online and 50 per cent on-spot registrations will be available.
The civic body has urged the citizens eligible for the second dose to bring the first dose certificate to the centres.
