In the first phase, areas such as Bhandup, Malad, Dharavi, Nagpada, Charkop, Goregaon, Thakur Village, Kalina and Khar Danda received the service of bike ambulances.
Civic-run hospitals such as KEM, Nair, Sion, and Cooper have ambulances on a rental basis. Likewise, Jogeshwari's Trauma Care Hospital has the service of 108 bike ambulance.
