Borivali - Rokadia Lane, Borivali (west) near BMC R-ward is teeming with broken gutters and potholes. Commuters who tread on this route are worried about the bad condition. Surprisingly BMC office is on the same road. They tend to speak BMC workers, but they avoid communicating with them. BMC workers shrugging their shoulder ask commuters to speak to Assistant Municipal Commissioner Vijay Kamble, while he only turns up on two days i.e. Monday & Friday respectively.
