Mumbai – The vigilance department of the BMC keeps vigil on different works being carried out in all 24 ward offices. The department has made revolutionary changes in tendering process so that works are done speedily. The department has initiated a new work system under which contractors will have to work as per new guidelines, informed department head Manohar Pawar.
