Central Railway will change the timings of Train no 50103 Diva-Ratnagri Passenger with effect from 15.3.2023. The new timings will be as follows:

Train no 50103 will leave Diva Jn at 17.50 hrs instead of 15.20 hrs and arrive Roha at 20.07 hrs instead of 17.25 hrs same day

New Timings at stations enroute will be as below ;

Panvel – 18.30 hrs, Apta-18.55 hrs, Jite – 19.08 hrs, Pen – 19.19 hrs, Kasu – 19.30 hrs and Nagothane – 19.43 hrs.

Passengers are requested to note the same.

Besides, Naresh Lalwani, General Manager Central Railway gave away “General Manager’s Safety Award” to 5 Central Railway staff i.e. o­ne from Mumbai, two from Pune and Solapur Divisions. The awards were given in appreciation of their alertness during duty, their contribution in averting untoward incidents and ensuring safety in train operations during the month of February 2023 in a function held at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai o­n 14.03.2023. The award consists of a medal, commendation certificate, a citation of exemplary safety work and a cash award of ₹ 2000/-.

Lalwani appreciated the alertness of the staff who were being awarded and mentioned that they are exemplary role models for everyone to emulate. The employees awarded displayed their great zeal and commitment towards safe running of trains in various areas of safety such as detection of trolley crack, detection of sparkling in wheel, hot axles and timely informing about spark & smoke in passing train. Central Railway is proud of all the awardee employees who with their prompt action and alertness helped to avert the possibility of any untoward incidence. The five GM’s safety awardees were Mr. Mahendra Shelke, Motor Man of Mumbai Division, Mr D K Mourya Loco Pilot Passenger and Mr Pankaj Kadekar, Station Manager from Pune Division and Mr Rajnesh Ranjan Loco Pilot Goods and Mr  Rajesh Wadia Technician from Solapur Division.

Alok Singh, Additional General Manager, D Y Naik, Principal Chief Safety Officer, Mukul Jain, Principal Chief Operations Manager, N P Singh, Principal Chief Electrical Engineer, Sunil Kumar, Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer and other Principal Heads of Departments of Central Railway were present o­n the occasion and Divisional Railway Managers of all the Divisions joined the event virtually.
