"Cheese" missing from "McDonald" foods! Name changes following action by the FDA

It has come to light that 'cheese'-like ingredients are being used in the 'McDonald' chain restaurant without using actual 'cheese'. The Food and Safety Commissioner took action in this regard and ordered the removal of the word 'cheese' from the name of all foods. Accordingly, removing the word 'cheese' from the ingredients, new names of the ingredients have been announced. So it is clear that consumers are being cheated in the name of 'cheese'.

A cheese-like substance was used in various dishes available in McDonald's restaurant in Ahmednagar. In this regard, the designated officers appointed by the Food and Safety Commissioner had issued a show cause notice. Even after this notice, no action was taken by the restaurant. Therefore, Rajesh Bade and Dr. B. D. More officials warned of action. Due to non-compliance with the orders of the Commissioner of Food and Safety, a warning was issued to stop the sale of these foods. After that, the company Hardcastle Restaurant Pvt. which runs the restaurant chain 'McDonald'. Ltd. has finally given a letter to the authorities that it has changed the names of the ingredients.

Although this order is limited to Ahmednagar, it is applicable to all McDonald's restaurants in the state. Commissioner of Food and Drug Administration Abhimanyu Kale said that this order will be strictly implemented. This restaurant is actually serving a cheese-like substance under the name of cheese.

Meanwhile, McDonalds released their statement on the said issue.  

“Regarding the recent reports on the removal of the word 'Cheese' from our menu at McDonald's stores in Maharashtra, we want to reassure our customers that we use only real, quality cheese in all our products containing cheese. We are actively working with the relevant authorities on this matter. Our commitment to transparency in our ingredients and dedication to providing delicious, high-quality meals to our customers remain unwavering”.
